You cannot take Iodine by itself, Iodine MUST be taken with the required co-supplements.

The proper Iodine is Lugols liquid; iodoral caps and SSKI (pure Potassium Iodide Liquid).

I do use iodine extensively.
1) It has cured my prostate problems, and I take 50mg of Iodoral daily to keep my prostate healthy. I can now piss like a racehorse!

2) It cures my severe dandruff. I rinse my scalp with 4 drops of Lugols 5% mixed into 1 ounce of water, then towel dry. Lasts for 2 to 3 months.

3) I use the same water-iodine mix as a mouthwash & gargle to kill off the Candida in the mouth & to kill off periodontal disease. Also kills bad breath

I LOVE it! For the 1st time in 30 years I can breath normally without inhalers, coughing & a tight chest. NO MORE EXPENSIVE INHALERS. It was $250 for the Dulera inhaler! Asthma is caused by Candida Fungus in the lungs.

5) I put a drop of Lugols iodine on insect bites to prevent disease & stop itching.

Iodine is not the complete answer because there are 5 stages of Candida. For people with higher stages of Candida iodine is essential to kill the fungus riding in the blood stream & infecting body organs, like it did my own lungs. I had been suffering Asthma for 30 years and Iodine ( SSKI ) has been the miracle along with nebulizing CS.

Iodine works from the blood supply out to the skin. It is absorbed into every cell in our body. Our immune system cannot function properly without iodine. People who are deficient iodine suffer with an immune system handicap.

Candida cannot be cured without iodine, but it takes more than iodine to cure advanced stages.
