Sorry but this new age philosophy is a counterfeit to the coming reign of Christ. This spiritual evolution being taught is a counterfeit to being born again and receiving the Holy Spirit, not the Christ Consciousness. Many people are deceived as I was, and are going to see the emergence of a one world government, financial system, religion and a glorious savior leader as the new age. The powers that be will cause massive warfare, famines, and economic collapse so we will be desperate for a savior. But the new order/age relief won't stay pretty for long.

I was into new age occult practices like astral projection, reading Robert Monroe, and David Icke, which has a lot of truth just like rat poison is it only the 1% poson that gets you. I married a Christian women, and was always mocking and making fun of church. When I went with her to church I saw everyone as weak minded sheeple, since I was always a man apart. To this day I still have a problem feeling kind of sheepish sitting in church, and I had to swallow my pride big time to admit that these people who never really studied much, had the truth and I having read volumes was deceived. I was utterly convinced of my spiritual beliefs, and knew Jesus never existed. I actually said a prayer in a totally skeptical manner, but was sincere that if He was real I would follow Him. Then one night I said a prayer: Jesus if you are real and really created everything of course I'd serve you, just show me something. A month later while driving my jeep after mocking and scoffing my wife's church it was as if my spiritual eyes were opened I knew I was on the wrong side of things as sure as if Jesus was sitting in the passenger seat. It is hard to explain but I received a flood of information all at once. I stopped the car got out and knelt and prayed for forgiveness and was hit with the most intense feeling of power and love which engulfed me that you could mentally, physically and spiritual feel. I wept and wept. To think that I walked and talked against the one that created me and he still had this insane amount of love for me, it's beautiful. I later found out my wife had been praying for me as I pulled out as she was sure I was going to die that day.

I was absolutely plagued by sleep paralysis, and you know what, those tormenting beings only flee and are terrified of name. Try crying out to Muhammad, Buddha, or Krishna . They hate us because we are made in the image of God and they hate him. Anyway these being of “light” tormented me after giving my life to Christ. There are so many stories I later found of people coming out of the occult, former psychics, wiccans and the such talking about going through almost exactly what I did after coming to the real Light. Their spirit guides and familiar spirits showing their true identities afterwards. The more I studied anything that previously made me disbelieve, one by one I saw clearly that the authors had motives to deceive or were just wrong. From these different dieties is where several authors who have no knowledge of ancient languages or knowledge of ancient religions make a case for the many Jesus and pre Jesus saviors ideas. The experts in these religions think the claims made by authors like Acharya S aka DM Murdock who's writings were the inspiration behind the Zeitgeist video, are ridiculous.

We are given this life, and we have to choose sides. We can live for Christ, he lived and died for us, or you can live for yourself which is being your own god, that's idolatry and is basically satanism: "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law." If you don't want anything to do with your creator who provided you with all things and loves you more than you could ever know He just wants you to love Him back, an eternal being who you cause horrible pain to when we sin (rebel) then there is place for those devoid of all God's attributes, no peace, no rest, no comfort.

I can feel His presence when I pray and tears run down my face when I feel His love for me, so undeserved. Watch out for the term Christ consciousness, that is the new age idea that different people came under the same spirit and that there are many ways to get to God. Jesus said: "No man comes to the Father but through Me." Christianity is different from every religion in that you do not have to earn salvation. It is a free gift from God who is merciful, you just have to humble yourself before Him and admit that you come up short to being righteous like everyone who has ever lived and ask for forgiveness. Every other belief system whether Buddhism, Islam, Hindu... makes you try to earn it or have a better reincarnation. It is not about religion or playing church, it is a one on one relationship with your creator, the one who made the universe, that is pretty awesome that someone so huge cares about you and wants to know you. It is written "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you, for everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened." It is not easy once you decide to lay down your life to follow Jesus' teachings, I'm terrible at it to be honest, but He helps you grow and will not place more on you than you can handle, but the end is worth it: "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love him." After all, this lifetime compared to eternity is like a grain of sand on the beach compared all the sand in the world.
