is body chills common with parasites?

I been taking some immunoglobulin boosting supplement called IGg DF 2000. ive taking it before but ever since i started taking it again im getting chills all day. could that be a sign of a immune response? i have a very heavy infection(roundworms) i pass worms almost every movement....

I also took the Igg DF because i had a antibody test for multiple parasites and i needed to boost my exhausted immunoglobulin response. ideas will be appreciated, thx...
