When I finally began to pass lots of worms and mucus, I had chills for a whole week. They say when these things die they release lots of toxins and even viruses. Perhaps its the immune system reacting to the sudden high volume increase in toxins and disease element in the blood. After a week I felt better. I wore a jacket all day when in air-conditioned rooms. It could be a part of the healing crisis. I did try a few tablets of activated charcoal in hope that it would absorb some of the poisons in my body.
