Re: adrenal thirst

Potentially, but you would be peeing alot if you did...

High cortisol is a wonderful place to be, trust me, its a lot easier to return from high cortisol than when it is bottomed out.

A lot of the treatments you are seeking are for low cortisol - this is what the majority of long timers on here have, this is the 3C-4 stage, at a high cortisol stage, vitamin C, maybe some adaptagen help like Seriphos, Holy Basil, lifestyle and diet changes will fix you up.

But treat it soon, dont wait for your adrenals to finally break down because the way back is long and painful.

My advice to you, through my own bitter experience, is don't look for needles in haystacks. You are not well, so things are not going to be working correctly, so you might have high this, low that etc...trying to pin point a dysfunction and treating them individually is futile and frustrating! Look up the stage you are in of AF, and look for treatment options. Dont jump from one protocol to the next, stick with one for minimum three months and observe what your body tells you when taking a supplement. Always start low and go slow.

you probably arent experiencing crashes yet, which is a good solid place to start!
