How do you know "what you can get away with" after you end the MC? Does it depend on how long you stayed on MC? (I am thrilled to report that I am on day 23! My new goal is 28-30 days.)
I'm a person who likes formulas for success and I'm not sure there is one in this case. If you knew what your metabolic rate goes down to you could add exercise and adjust calories accordingly. How can you find out your metabolic rate?
Of course, I understand you want a healthy Diet after the cleanse, but you would still have to be aware of the amount you could eat even of healthy food or you could end up gaining weight. I am a person who needs to lose 70-90 pounds. I am currently down 30. It is very important to me to maintain my weight loss when I end the MC.
