Re: Need help - Could this be candida? Also been diagnosed with parasites.

I'm totally with phelp here. I'm in my late 20s, been sick for 2 and half years - massive sinus pressure, tinnitus, ibs, floaters, anxiety, muscle spasms, fatigue, multiple food and chemical sensitivities. Have been on a strict candida diet for 2 and a half years and haven't really improved much beyond the initial improvement I got, but my health starts to decline rapidly if I eat "bad" foods.

After chasing my tail trying to find the answer (candida, parasites, thyroid etc etc) I stumbled across an article on jaw bone cavitations. This is what often happens if you have a root canal, extractions (especially wisdom tooth extractions), impacted wisdom teeth. It's where the jaw bone gets infected and starts leaking toxins into your body. The immune system can't get at it, and the only way to treat it successfully is with surgery.

I made an appointment at the Munro-Hall Clinic in Bedfordshire. They are the only dentist with a Cavitat scanner in the UK. It took 4 months to get the initial appointment, but they are experts at treating people with chronic health issues (seemingly unrelated to teeth!). They've written a really good book called "Toxic Dentistry Exposed - The link between dentistry and chronic disease".

Anyway, I went along and had my appointment. They discovered three cavitations, one chronically infected root canal, a severely misaligned jaw, and they also wanted to remove my 11 mercury Amalgam fillings. Today I had the first half of the treatment done, and I'm having the rest done tomorrow.

Seriously, you sound so similar to me. My jaw cracks too. The only vague relief I've had is by taking heavy duty anti parasite medication, but like you said, the doctors wouldn't believe me. They sent me to a shrink, told me it's all in my head etc. Getting treated at the clinic is not cheap, depending on your situation. Mine was particularly expensive because I need 10 ceramic inlays to replace my mercury fillings, but I know in my heart there is no way I am going to get better without fixing my teeth. Just remember, our bodies are amazing. There is a reason we are ill, a reason why our immune systems are so screwed up. Candida, parasites etc are purely a symptom, hitchhikers taking advantage of a weak body. They are not what is causing you to be ill.
