very clever idea, u just need to use the same filter cloths as Norwalk and a bamboo liner insert would help in the cleanup process. Without the Norwalk filter cloth, the pulp would excrete thru the large holes of the basket. the only issue is the pressure of this small screw type press? U cannot put too much pulp in the press as it would put too much pressure on the filter cloth and it would burst just like a Norwalk!!
