Not stupid, just not realizing it. A LOT of people here are under-eating and none of their MD's or natural docs realized it either. It's very overlooked.

Maybe it's overlooked on purpose? Doctors don't make as much money by telling their patients to simply eat more. They make a good chunk of their money in prescribing drugs or selling supplements.
