It didn't help me at all until yesterday. I was taking it wrong. If you're drinking it in water, stop. Try and put it in a bowl of Oats, once your oats are cooked/microwaved, wait for it to cool down a bit, put the VSL#3 on and then mix and eat - make sure it's not too hot. Within like 30 minutes I noticed a difference. Definitely try that method. And yeah you're right!
By the way, when you do the food method (doesn't have to be oats either, but I found it really easy) you might get some of the Side Effects from VSL#3
