Oh well I'm yet to see if I feel energetic the next day. Yeah I think I heard that's when our bodies heal the most too! Yeah I'm wanting to do Liver Flushes too, if you look up the Chinese meridian point chart, it shows that scalp related problems and around the face are related to the liver bladder and I think the other was the kidneys, so after my exams I want to try do a lot of different flushes! I've looked at lots of different view points and Chinese alternative medicine and their ideas on the body seems to make the most sense to me you should check it out!

I've also just read that cannabis oil is EXTREMELY good in helping clear up Psoriasis and seb derm and Psoriasis are slightly similar. I also recently came across another probiotic drink which if this one doesn't work then I might try that. It's called kumbucha. How long are you taking the sachets for and hoping to see an improvement? If I haven't seen any improvement at all after using the ten sachets I might try something else but I'm tempted to try 30days to give it some time.

Yes! The brown bottle, it smells awful it's so strong, it's the tar I think! Ahh right I didn't know that, well I haven't been using it for too long thank god haha! Tweet
