Hey guys i had the same exact problem until i went to my derma. its most likely a fungus I'm more than 90% sure when u take a trip ask for something called the culture test or something he prescribed me nystatin cream and gentamicin sulfate cream told me to mix it together and apply on my lips it been about a week and my lip has not peeled since and when i take a shower only a little bit on the inside of my mouth gets white but i know if i wait about 4 more days it will be cured it works! trust me your not alone when u get the cream peel your lips one last time then add the stuff dont add too much to make your lips white but enough to get coverage and in ab out a week and a half you will be fully healed
