Oh well that surprising because it looked painful! That's a good thing I guess, mine can be really painful, my head just feels like it's on fire at times. I know it must be terrible for boys not being able to hide it as easily. I have really long hair and also a double crown so I have extra thick hair which is good in covering it up, but not soo good with the irritation from it.

Your probably right, I really didn't look after my body and I've always been lucky in terms of being slim and never really get spots so the only visible sign that I had of not taking care of myself was the seb derm and gradually it got worse and worse.

I won't give up and I'm glad to hear someone say it can be cured.

When you say top up with a Yakult/actimel a day afterwards do you mean finish the ten sachets of the VSL#3 then stop using that and instead have a Yakult or actimel once a day? Tweet
