Re: Alcohol for seborrheic dermatitis/dandruff ? HELP PLEASE....

I know it's fascinating!

Oh well that surprising because it looked painful! That's a good thing I guess, mine can be really painful, my head just feels like it's on fire at times. I know it must be terrible for boys not being able to hide it as easily. I have really long hair and also a double crown so I have extra thick hair which is good in covering it up, but not soo good with the irritation from it.

Ok I'll take them too, I'll just keep an eye on everything. Sorry what multi was it you suggested?

Your probably right, I really didn't look after my body and I've always been lucky in terms of being slim and never really get spots so the only visible sign that I had of not taking care of myself was the seb derm and gradually it got worse and worse.

I won't give up and I'm glad to hear someone say it can be cured.

Thankyou! I'll give that shampoo and conditioner a try.

When you say top up with a Yakult/actimel a day afterwards do you mean finish the ten sachets of the VSL#3 then stop using that and instead have a Yakult or actimel once a day?
