Anybody get diagnosis with biopsy?

If u did what's the best route?
I heard parasites can be evasive even during a biopsy and still not get a diagnosis. Ideas would
Be helpful...

thinking about eating high protein, sugar, and fat up to the test and eating a little bit of sugar/fat on the day of the test to increase detection sensitivity.
