thinking about eating high protein, sugar, and fat up to the test and eating a little bit of sugar/fat on the day of the test to increase detection sensitivity.
What kind of biopsy> If it is a skin biopsy for filarial worms the doctors need to know peak activity periods for different types or they will find nothing.
They did a biopsy after a colonscopy a year or two ago and found nothing. After talking to the gastroentologist a while ago turns out they know little about parasites. So probably depends who does it. It could be some labs in California may be able to find something but who knows.
Unfortunately the current medical system doesnt have a clue on how to see worms thru mri or colonoscopy or biopsies or nothing. They pretty much will just leave your wallet stressed.
