a healthy lifestyle is one that keeps you vibrant. one size does not fit all. thats why its so difficult to say "you MUST take this or that in these amounts at these times." everyone is different. youhave to learn and trust that you can intelligently use what youve learned. my routine has changed all along and will continue to change, so there is another variable.
however, some things one must stay on top of - iodine, selenium, boron and salt. i dont do C every day. maybe i should. supplementing potassium lately has firmed up my energy and stamina, thats for sure.
