Daily; vit C 5 grams or something and magnesium 3-400 mg, potassium chloride 3-4 grams. Salt (himalayan)
Almost daily;
Iodine 150 mg, vit B complex, selenium 100mcg, lithium chloride 3-5 mg.
Herbs for adrenals etc; licorice, pau d arco and others.
Weekly; boron (borax) 60 mg or more.
Vit E, zinc.
Monthly or periodically; Strontium,molydybden, manganese. Silver, gold.
In addition to this I eat food:)
A variety of fruit, berries, veggies, meat, eggs, seafood. Mostly home made (90 %). Almost grain free, but I allow myself to cheat once in a while.
I dont cheat on oils / fat; ---butter, coconut oil, olive oil only allowed in my house.
My diet mostly based on cravings; lately its been spinach; loads of it. Green bell peppers, aspargus, eggs.
I take my supplements with my meals, it is just a routine.
