In proper self-defense courses you are suppose to learn how to hurt someone.
And you are suppose to train it on someone who is protected but it feels real.

If you repeate a kick 10.000 times, it will be natural to use it in defense.


Gun needs not to be used for killing.
If you are skilled enough, you can aim for toes and feet.

Once you hit his toe, he is either screaming in pain or if you miss he is running away from you.

It is extremely scary to have several bullets making holes around your feet. Only stupid person would continue toward the gun.

And, you can't kill him by hurting his toes or legs.

Once you are stronger, you will never become a victim.
