Hi ReallyTired, just popped in to check if anyone was still posting. Nice to see someone putting up their results!

When I switched to TEI I had similar numbers to you, except my sodium was a 2. My supplement program was exactly the same as yours. I had great results on these supplements & saw huge improvements in a few months. Note that I had been doing ARL prior to this for awhile, so was probably a little further along in my progress but these TEI supps were really the key for me. My sodium is now 6 and I am working on increasing my potassium.

Hang in there. With sodium and potassium at 1 I can understand how exhausted you must be. Remember the supplements are just one part of the program. Make sure you clean up your diet and change your lifestyle to reduce stress. You may also find that you have some infections or parasite issues that you need to clear before you really start to turn a corner. I think the supplements you've been prescribed are a great place to start!
