Help required with 1st TEI test result

Hi everyone,

I feel quite terrible at the moment with very low energy and headaches nearly everyday so decided to get tested. I would like help with the results as there seem to be many very knowledgeable people on this forum.

Are the supplements recommended ok? My sodium and potassium are rock bottom which explains how I feel
