Yesterday I took 600mg B5 + 3gr Vit C and I felt quite good in the afternoon (5-8pm) where normally I feel very bad. So this was good. I splitted the doses at 8.30am, 13.00pm and 16.30pm.
However, I woke up today very unrefreshed plus this morning I was training and felt like crap.
Do you know why ? Is it because I took the doses at 13.00 and 16.30pm ?
