Hey guys,
I suspect I have adrenal fatigue/exhaustion/whateveryouname it.
I would like to try B5 + VitC since they're quite inocuous and won't harm me in case I don't have AF and it's another problem.
Can't afford a saliva test right now. Quite expensive.
When it's the best time of the day to take them ? And more specifically, should I split the dose or take it all at once ?
I know I start feeling very very anxious after 3pm. Best times for me are morning and late evening.
I'm planning to take 400mg b5 + 2 gr vit c
Please I would like some advice.
