I'd appreciate if you didn't make statements like that when you know nothing about me. Yes, I did have candida and klebsiella. I had it tested in a stool test. And yes, both infections are gone after two months on the diet, with alcohol.
So maybe all of you people on here obsessing over the smallest details to do with the diet should relax a little bit. I was on medication to help get rid of the infection and it was that combined with a low carb and low Sugar diet that healed me. You don't have to be 100% strict if you have the right herbs to help getting rid of the infection.

Anyway, it's probably a good idea to stay on the cautious side. I have reintroduced dairy products, starchy vegetables and fruits with no negative side effects, in fact I feel better than I did on the diet.
