My two cents

start with one low dose of "wrong food" and see what happens. wait 2-3 days. with enzymes first then without them. make sure you combine food properly.

my guess is - depending on what did you have besides candida you might check the effects. for example if you've had also klebsiella, e.coli overgrowth - all these three: dairy, sugars ,starches will feed them unless you have a good digestion and aabsorption.

if you have had sibo - fructose is wrong food and also spikes insulin ...etc.

i would try Sugar the last and very small quantities. one good advice I received was "if you want something sweet then have it in small amount togheter with a meal" this way will not have insulin spike and malabsoprtion.

it depends also if you still have intolerance to some foods and if you taking probiotics. if you are lactose intolerant then probiotics should help digest it better and thus less junk is remaining
