I've taken both at the same time (KI pills + Iodoral) because I found it easier to control mood swings and detox reactions. KI is much more gentler to the detox organs, hence you can take more and get benefits. Iodoral alone can bring you to a very dark place whilst KI alone tends to excite me too much.

For instance I've played with 80mg KI + 12,5 Iodoral. Or 30 mg KI + 12,5 Iodoral.

For instance, sometimes I was taking 30 mg KI + 25 Iodoral and I started to feel the dark place coming ... So I downed another 30 mg KI pill and it solved the problem. That's how it has been for me so far.

For me, it's a matter of balancing. Just my personal experience. Not based on anything else but trapper's suggestions + other testimonies I found on this forum.
