Based on alcohol cravings and how my testicles feel, I've seemed to level off at 100mg 5% Lugols and 1 gram SSKI . I will add more Lugols/elemental (300mg total) when my alcohol cravings rear their ugly face or if my testicles get tender.

I've been lazy and haven't made more Lugols, otherwise I would probably always be taking the 300mg Lugols along with the 1 gram SSKI just to have no worries.
