That's a tough question. The more reliable tests for lyme test for specific parts of the lyme that I believe your body would react to withint the kda range. Western blot test and it tests your IgM and IgG with respect to each particular pathogen. The 41 kda is telling because it tests for the flagella. Igenix is a popular testing company. They are expensive. Mine came back positive for lyme. They offer other tests for other tick borne illnesses. It was a couple of years ago and I had to pay out of pocket so I didn't get them.
