Lymes Blood Test/Does it test for all parasites?

Does anyone know if a blood test for Lymes Disease will show only for ticks, or if it will show a variety of pathogens, or if it will show across the board pathogens? Is it true that Lymes Disease is considered by the medical establishment as a carrier of various parasitic diseases? Or do they think it just is from a tick bite infection? In other words, would the Lymes blood test show evidence of a hook worm or a round worm infection for example? Thanks for any insights!
