Scalp Follicultis Help

Hello...I was diagnosed with scalp folliculitis by my dermatologist back in January of this year. The back of my head was biopsied and the infection is said to be caused by a bacteria but no specific bacteria was found...All I know is its caused by bacteria! Anyways I've tried duricef, monocycline, clindamycin, and a combination of rid am pin and bactrim without My improvement. From everything I've read online in forums Antibiotics always fail eventually. I'm looking for your guys help...I'm wondering what you have tried and what has worked for you for an almost "cure". I can say the most successful treatment I have found is the Colloidal Silver that I use. It seems that when I take it the redness dies down within 24 hours and the bumps take longer to heal but I'm having trouble keeping it gone. I have been fighting this infection on my scalp for the past 6 months and would love to hear some feedback.
