hey :) i caught it 14 months ago, with a massive adult first attack that lasted 7 weeks, with around 35 sores in very unfortunate places. I was desperate and in pain, doctor gave me valacyclovir, which only depressed me - didnt help. I searched google for anything that could help, and tried everything.. Then i started liquid zeolite, and it was like the nerve pain in my legs went away. not a single outbreak in 14 months, and figured that i'd found the cure. But then, after two weeks of Antibiotics , here it was again.. i fired up with 3 times zeolite a day, and applied pure manuka oil as well. in 24 hours it has calmed down entirely, no pain, just some scams. i felt the virus wandering back into my spine today, like i scared it away. Not sure if this helps you, however it did wonders for me - instead of having to go through another nightmare. manuka oil and honey is also awesome for mrsp staf infections, i have used it with better results than Antibiotics (had to take them this time though, as it was bladder infection that set the whole thing off. ) good immune system = no virus outbreak. no Sugar = no bacteria infection. must mention though - it seems to make my lymphs swell, feels like my body is drained from trying to heal itself.
