hmmm....candida?

I was really looking forward to starting the mc really soon, since I'm a student and i start school end of august, and want to finish cleanse before classes start. But upon reading the posts here, i found out that you shouldnt do cleanse if you have candida because the maple syrup feeds the candida. I'm not sure if i do have it, but i do have a Sugar addiction...this is one of the symptoms of candida, right? what are other symptoms, and how do i find out if i have it? (cant afford doctor's visit, tight budget) And, if i do have it, is it a really bad idea to do the cleanse anyways and then do whatever it is i need to do for candida afterwards? i mean, would the cleanse be uneffective?
I'm also pretty sure I have parasites....i've been searching the parasite forum for info but cant really make sense of what i need to do...what is it that i need to take for that, and can i do that after the cleanse also?
