i have never had that problem / tho i hear it is horrendous to those that have.. my sincere empathy for you .

again i would ask Andreas about how to get rid of it permanently.
i know he has a plan to follow that costs you basically nothing
in his books..

it is my understanding that folks with candida should avoid high Sugar type foods drinks..

personally if i had to avoid that kind of amt.. of sugars, i woudl consider another format where i coudl get same effect
as i noted above colosan is an excellent possibility and
altering foods to be less toxic and mor ealkaline in nature and
cleansing the liver are plans i would consider if i did have candida..

perhaps even a veggie brothe fast etc.
might be an alternative perspective for you

i would seek to completely erradicate the candida.
rather than follow a plan that might potentially flare it up worse.

again i know for a FACT it is in one of Andreas Moritz s' books
to do so. (see Ask Andreas Forum )
on page 192 in his book the Key to Health and Rejuvenation
he talks specifically about candida advice and his plan to clear candida.)
