Parasite Treatment with Rife Machine

I just received my new Rife Digital Professional and was wondering what is the duration/treatment protocol for the following pathogens? For example I hear that most parasites hatch on the 3rd or 4th day, while for Lyme it's every second day.

I am planning to zap in this order :

Intestinal Parasites
Mold
Viruses (including Vaccines such as MMR)
Remaining Parasites
Lyme and Coinfections, Mycoplasma
Candida
