Re: Iodine information to get you started. THANKS!!!

I am new to researching Iodine, so I will preface my post here by saying that I am not here to spread lies or anything else.

However after having found these postings on google, I also earlier came across another website where Maniek got his info.

It appears pieces of Maniek's posts were plucked from:

"The guide to supplementing with iodine" by Stephanie Buist.

Unfortunately this website doesn't seem to let me post the link, but if you search the term on google that I have in quotes, it should be the first link in a PDF file.

Not sure who Stephanie Buist is, but anyway, just wanted to point out there is where Maniek got his info from most likely.

Also not sure how true any of it is. I was shocked after reading and watching videos about the Nascent Iodine being the best form to take, and then coming across this e-book by Stephanie Buist. Especially considering I just ordered the Nascent Iodine off Amazon earlier this morning.

I will assume that the Nascent is superior to take. I see more good written about it compared to the Lugol's solution anyway.
