Re: insomnia, anxiety, to much energy after 4 days 50mg iodoral. help!

i take magnesium, b, and c and salt. i take a lot of suppliments and have for a few years i don't really think i'm deficient in much of anything anymore.

so ur suggesting that maybe i'v gone hyperthyroid from introducing the iodine? so about how long will this be going on for till it goes to normal thyroid?

should i stop the Iodine for a while, go to a lower dose? would that stop what could be this swing to hyperthyroid or is it best to just continue taking the Iodine and ride it out?

i would really like to get some sleep but i'm on full speed ahead.

i definitely think my adrenals r somehow connected to this craziness super high cortisol might sound right.

although i have been taking adaptogens including the last couple days and thought it might of made my cortisol to low but right now i'm exploding with energy it feels like my blood pressure has gone really high.

i think i'l take some theanine right now this is feeling really bad.
