Cool, thanks. I'm only eating chicken, fish, and turkey for the diet and after a week I have already seen a big improvement over the rashes. The SD might take a little longer to go away though. No, I have never done any crazy fasting or cutting methods. Being ripped/shredded was never my real goal. By the way, I think the protein shakes I used to take definitely may have had something to do with all this. Does that sound right?
