Get off all the meat, dairy, & eggs for about two weeks and see how much of your skin problems clear up because I bet it has been all the high protein & fat that's causing a lot of your problems. Another side-effect of too much protein & fat is you're not getting enough carbs and if you look around here, most people on these low-carb style are just getting worse. I was a victim of low-carb and the years on it I developed a slight rash on my arm and once I got off the heavy meat & fat diet, most of my health issues quickly went away, including that rash I had for years.
