Ever since I stopped working about a month ago that's when I started waking up after 3 hours then up for a couple then if I'm lucky a couple more hours sleep before having to get up at 8 to feed the dogs etc.
I've tried everything from melatonin to GABA to Passionflower,etc. Someone told me to get more exercise and that should tire me out,but lack of sleep already has me tired until the next cycle and so on. Maybe it's worries or something of the unknown,maybe I need another monotonous job again;
I've been reading responses here,maybe I'll look into them.
