i was born in a ceasar birth, not breastfeed at all,got Antibiotic in life including at the age of 6 months.

contarary to what the article said,i read that the
species that is colonizing and Dominant at infants is bifido infantis.

i want to give my gut this strain of probiotic.
align probiotic has specific strain of infantis name 35624.
i dont want to take there prodact because it has titunium dioxide in it. i would buy it if i knew it is possible to culture there pill content with yogurt(which i never done one befor) and this way i will only use one pill and culture all the batches with this one pill and like that i will minimize my exposure to this titunium dioxide(and save money also)

which says it has b.infantis but not the same as align, and i am dont know if it has the same benefits becuase of this.
this company probably also have problem with their pills which is phthalates.
but it is only in the capsule(Enteric-Guard Delayed Release) from what i understand.
so i thought about open the capsules and just drink the content with water.
if i just empty the pills in a pasteurized regular store yogurt could this culture it?

is renew life has the strain that i didnt got as a kid? or should i buy align and somehow culture it Tweet
