Make you sick?

There is one important factor here, and that is milk quality.

If you can get raw milk from some local farm, where you can see with your eyes if the animals are walking free out or if they are sleeping in their own shit.

If they are layig and sleeping in their own shit, it may be difficult to keep milk free from listeria, E.Coli or other dangerous bacteria.

If cows are allowed to walk out in grass, and if the place look clean, the chances are the milk will be clean.

The best milk you can get is a milk you get from someone who has just 1 - 5 cows, small family farm.
Small farm = extra small chance of milk or cows being infected, compared to huge big business farms with hundreds or even thousands of cows who never see daylight.

You don't need more than one liter milk per day.

Once you get fresh clean milk, make your own yogurt or kefir.

Raw milk turns into yogurt just by keeping it on human body temperature for 12 - 24 hours.

If you add some yogurt or kefir into it, it turns even faster.
