You are welcome. Fasting is a miracle what it can do biochemistry wise. It can reduce/improve interleukin-6, C-reactive protein, ESR, etc. But I advocate only short fasting max 48 hours (better from 10 to 24). After that a drop in circulating leptin levels among others things can compromise your immune response. But during short fasts immune system actually gets somewhat boosted, all hormones undergo sensitivity check if you like, autophagy kicks in to clean your cells from junk and do a quality check. And in general AMPK activation does magic to anything from DNA to mitochondria repair and improvement wise.
