Re: Is it normal?

Reborn: It could be just a die off. But I highly Q that unless you are in Africa and face a massive re-infection on daily basis. Any unnecessary inflammation will contribute to your symptoms as well. Many ppl fail to understand this. What this means? We are talking here about cellular inflammation and hormonal issues such as resistance. While parasites contribute to inflammation in the body which will kill you one day the body can also face unnecessary inflammation and struggle to cope and give out such symptoms. In order to reduce and even avoid this you must follow a regular diet, exercise, do short fasts, avoid or reduce bad habits and do everything in your power to dampen down unnecessary inflammation. It's damn hard and takes a lot discipline and understanding of complex biochemistry. But the key in any chronic infection is to control inflammation to some degree. But please do note it might take anything from weeks to months in order to feel better adaptations wise.
