Just my advice, but some of these you may not wanna take. Spirulina is good, but unless the supplement is all natural, you shouldn't take it.Vitamins made in a lab, many agree it's best to get them from food. Digestive enzymes n probiotics, I wouldn't try taking more strange organisms. Some probiotics are made from spoiled milk bacteria. Definitely not something to take ever, especially while detoxing. Zinc n magnesium are metals. If you take a supplement make sure it doesn't have any of the metals. 18mg of iron in a typical vitamin is well over the level of an overdose. Vitamins are known to cause heavy metals poisoning. The daily value for iron is 18mg, but the wikipedia for iron poisoning says toxic effects start at 10mg. Not sure about the ones you mentioned, but its probably.bad as well. Plus this is everyday, taking large amts of metals. That can easily accumulate n cause metal poisoning.
