Re: Help with hair mineral analysis interpretation
Thanks for both of your responses.
Indeed, I was bought into low carb reading Dr.wilson and Jack kruse.
I've never been a fan of eating too much fruit of sugary stuff, but i feel more energized when i eat some sugar.
Too much protein gives me bad thoughts and anxiety, which was my previous approach. I suspect not good gut function. My two biggest concerns are: getting the liver and kidney to work again, and get to reduce my ammonia level.
Ray peat considers that AF is an extension of hypothyroidism, and using sugars, primarily fructose to energize the liver and speed up metabolism, and restore thyroid function, being the the pilar of his diet.
I see how this is the complete opposite of what Dr.Wilson teachs, and this gives me a bit of cognitive disonance(headache)too.
Still this diet is high in fat, moderate in carbs and protein. I'm talking about 5000+ kcal's, thats a lot! Thanks for theinsight as I'll have it very present, im just skimming throu the info that Dr.Wilson has on his website, and he knows his stuff, i dont know where to start, really!!
I've considered buying his book, but its priced as 100+ dollars and at the moment i cannot afford it.
I will give Dr.wilson paradigm a try. What made me dig into ray peat's work, is that results seems to comes faster, i know NB takes atleast 6 monts-2 years to show its true power.
In the meantime im lowering fruit to 150/100 a day, and see how i feel.
As to probiotics i conccur, but there is a clinical case of a woman who fixed her OCD from day to night using Xifaxan. So i plan to use probiotics before and after i do antibiotics, but there is a long road till i reach that point (2-3 months yet)!!
Is there really no way to integrate sugar/fructose being a slow oxidierz, if the other macros are on the upper side?
Sorry for the chaotic of my wording and presentation, and thanks for the help guys. xox
