If you are asking the nutritional balancing crowd what they honestly think of the plan you have I think you are going to get a consensus that some of the things you are choosing to do are quite the opposite of the typical suggestions for what your test results have shown. For a typical slow oxidizer like you a diet low in fat would be recommended, and with your Sugar and carbohydrate intolerance like your tests reveal via your CA/MG ratio, a diet very low in Sugar and carbs would be suggested. A colon and Liver Flush would be a good idea to start because flushing out the gallbladder and liver should help you start to utilize fat much better, which is responsible for the disrupted cortisol/acth pattern. Im sure others will chime in further but in my opinion the ray peat diet seems a little bit backward to me. Im no expert and do what you feel is right but it goes against a lot of what I have learned.
