Thanks Grizz and t2t, seems i have been on the wrong one which could be why I am feeling a bit off as I know how imperative selenium is with iodine. I will order that one from Amazon but they take a couple of weeks to arrive here in little ole New Zealand so in the meantime I will have to get some other brand of selenomethionine from the health shop to tide me over.
