I do agree, Trapper, about the sensitiveness. I was before Iodine too, but latest years I have a problem being in new buildings, cars.. Or near anyone with perfume on.
When I re - did an old building this autumn all kind of funny tastes, bitter, brassy, salty etc. Worst of all was when I spray painted some items; all food tasted the same.

Luckily I found a type of paint that was tolerable, one old fashion one without too much chemicals in it.
I also tolerate the smell of gas, old engines without problem: but a new bedsheet treated with flame retardants (at my jobs) can make me nauceaus for hours.

Same with food, you instinctively know what is good for you. Tweet
