It was a number of years ago and I did follow a protocol involving selenium, etc. and ramping up of iodine. I had chosen Iodorol.

I will revisit it and I thank you for your advice. It's the first time I have ever had a thyroid result that was out of range, even though I had suspected it was off for years.
