I developed a huge mouth sore, had back pain around my kidneys, would wake up with the taste of urea in my mouth and my pee was clear and reeked of ammonia. That's not detox, that's impending kidney failure.

I hope it was just from taking too much. IIRC I was taking 4 tablets a day...
