Can any of you read? Fruit definitely brought me back from the dead, but I don't eat an only fruit diet anymore. Hardly any fruit for me now at all. But I do consume a bunch of carbs and I feel great! As a matter of fact, I even eat meat on a daily basis, but I know that too much isn't good, so I use portion control and limit myself to one time/day. Its really self explanatory, but SOME of you have been brainwashed by all the hype surrounding the low carb craze. Its sad really.
